If you receive a damaged upon delivery product, you can request for a replacement or refund within 7 (seven) days of order delivery. You should return the product in unused condition and upon assessment of the return goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
Toqn does not accept any kind of returns after this time period.
If you wish to exchange a product in the future, you can do so by paying the difference in making charges. What this means is that if your previous product was bought for Rs. 10,000 and the making charges(non gold charges) on the same was Rs. 2000, you can avail Rs. 8,000 as store credit.
Toqn owns all the information collected via the Website or applications installed on the website or native mobile applications.
As applicable, the information collected by Toqn shall be used to contact you about the Website and related news and Services available on the Website; to monitor and improve the Websites; calculate the number of visitors to the Website and to know the geographical locations of the visitors; update you on all the special offers available on the Website and provide you with a better shopping experience. This includes sending emails intimating the various offers on the website. You may at any time choose to unsubscribe from such email.
Some of your information may be shared with and Used by third parties who shall need to have access to Information, such as courier companies, credit card processing companies, vendors etc. to enable them and Toqn perform their duties and fulfil your order requirements. Toqn does not allow any unauthorised persons or organisation to use any information that Toqn may collect from you through the Website.
However, www.toqn.in is not responsible for any information collected or shared or used by any other third party website or mobile applications due to your browser settings.
Toqn reserves the right to share any of your personal information to comply with the orders of subpoenas, court orders or other legal process. Your Personal Information may be disclosed pursuant to such subpoenas, court order or legal process, which shall be without notice to you.
Toqn may share collective information such as demographics and Website usage statistics with our sponsors, advertisers or other third parties (such third parties do not include Toqn's marketing partners and network providers). When this type of information is shared, such parties do not have access to your Personal Information. When you contact Toqn through any means such as chat/ email, Toqn reserves the right to use your contact details for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from such communications anytime you wish to do so.
Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can either:
Add the selected product(s) directly to the shopping cart; or
Call us on +(91) 9035 904 509 to place an order. The Member will receive the form for ordering via email.
In the event of a User wishing to make a purchase, the User may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. If the product value is over ₹50,000, at the time of purchase the Members shall also provide the mandatory information required under law like Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number.
Orders are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by Toqn.
To confirm the orders, Toqn may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. Toqn will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member.
Once the purchase of item(s) is confirmed, Toqn:
Will process and pack the ordered product(s).
In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Member towards an order, Toqn shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
RBI Mandate for PAN Card and COD
PAN Card proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same.
Cash on Delivery is not allowed on orders above Rs. 49,999.
1.While we make sure to ship out the product within the first 2 business days of order placement, it can take upto 7 (seven) business days to be shipped on an extreme case scenario.
2.We use only the most reputable and secure delivery services and all orders are 100% insured.
3.If, by any chance, an order gets lost in transit, we allow the shipping company a period of 2 weeks (14 days) to locate the shipment, and if still not found, we process a full refund to the customer.
4.Due to the nature of our goods being highly valuable, we only ship to select Pin-codes and cities. If we are not yet serviceable in your pincode, we request you to kindly wait till we add more pincodes to our list. On the other hand, you can also reach out to us with a request and we will try our best to ship our products to you.
5.Shipping costS on all orders are completely free of charge.
6.Certain shipping partners might require ID proof upon delivery. We request you to kindly provide the name of the receiver in your order to help ease out the process.
